Terms of Service

This is a custom license for NoMojo Music. It is not a Creative Commons license and does not use standard CC terms.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of nomojomusic.com and any music, audio, artwork, or related materials made available through NoMojo Music (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site, streaming or downloading tracks, or using our catalog in your projects, you agree to these Terms.
NoMojo Music License (custom)
This music is free to use for personal creators who credit the site, but the master recording rights remain exclusively ours and are monitored via digital fingerprinting.
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use our released recordings in creator projects (videos, streams, podcasts, films, games, and similar personal or independent creative work) when you follow the credit and usage rules below. Everything else about the recordings stays with NoMojo Music.
What you may do
- Use NoMojo Music tracks in your own creative projects at no charge, including monetized streams and videos on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and similar services, when use is consistent with these Terms.
- Stream from the site, download where offered, and feature our music in edits, live streams, and published media.
- Participate in our Credits by Creators community and submit projects that use the catalog.
Credit requirement
In return for free use, you must give clear, visible credit to NoMojo Music in each project that uses our audio, such as in the video description, stream panel, or project credits. A typical line: Music by NoMojo Music — nomojomusic.com (or equivalent wording that names the site and links to nomojomusic.com when a link is possible).
You may also submit your project so we can celebrate your work on the site.
Rights we keep
- Master recording rights — All rights in the sound recordings (masters) remain exclusively owned by NoMojo Music. This license does not transfer ownership of any master, stem, or source file.
- Composition & publishing — Underlying musical works, compositions, and publishing rights are reserved unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Brand & assets — NoMojo Music name, logos, and site content may not be used to imply endorsement or partnership without our permission.
Monitoring & fingerprinting
Our catalog may be registered with content-identification and digital fingerprinting systems (for example YouTube Content ID and similar services). Uses that conflict with these Terms, that strip or omit required credit, or that suggest you own the master recording may be flagged, blocked, or pursued. If you believe a claim was made in error, contact us with your project link and how you credited the site.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our audio files on stock-music sites, sample packs, or NFT/audio marketplaces.
- Register our recordings with performing-rights or collection societies as if you own the master.
- Use our music in ways that suggest we produced, endorsed, or co-created your project when we did not.
- Remove or obscure required credit when publishing your project.
- Use the catalog for commercial products that are primarily music distribution (e.g. releasing our tracks as your own album) without written permission.
For commercial licensing, sync deals, broadcast, or uses outside these Terms, contact us before use.
Site accounts & conduct
Account features, newsletters, and submissions are subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not abuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or infringing material through our forms.
Disclaimer & changes
Music and the site are provided “as is.” We may update tracks, remove releases, or change these Terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our audio.
